How will travelers receive confirmation of their flight booking on Quest?

Upon booking a flight in Quest, travelers receive a summary of their reservation and confirmation number (PNR) both on the checkout screen and via email.

Below is an example of the Quest checkout screen for a confirmed, in-policy flight reservation:

Note: Our team reviews every reservation. If a PNR was created, the traveler will be able to see their reservation on the airline website. They will be able to manage it after it has been ticketed, which can take up to 24 hours. ‍Travelers can be rest assured, if a PNR was created, the route, price, and seats were stored.
