What is Split Pay and how does it work?

Split Pay is a feature designed to bridge the gap between company travel policies and traveler preferences, offering a flexible solution for managing travel expenses. It addresses the common scenario where company policies conflict with the practical needs and comfort requirements of travelers.

What is Split Pay?

Split Pay allows companies to cover a designated portion of travel expenses, while enabling travelers to pay the difference for upgrades or out-of-policy selections. This empowers travelers to personalize their travel experience without exceeding the company's budget, creating a "win-win" situation.

Split Pay comes in several forms, each designed to address common scenarios in corporate travel:

  • Overage: Traveler pays the difference when a flight exceeds the company budget within the approved cabin class.
  • Cabin Upgrades: Traveler pays the cost to upgrade cabin class.
  • Seat Upgrades: Traveler pays for preferred seat selections.
  • Guest Payment: Traveler pays for guest travel costs.

How to Book with Split Pay

To book using Split Pay, simply select the option, "I want to pay for the upgrades (Flight will be booked)" during checkout. Enter your credit card details securely to complete your booking.
